Quality management

Our service delivery is structured and customised to each client’s requirements. We create an overarching

contract management plan that ensures core quality principles are applied. Our quality management

systems are consistent with ISO9001.

 

 

Occupational health and safety

HiddenCove operates under a comprehensive OH&S system. This system represents our corporate

commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our staff and those we work with and around. The OH&S system

is centred on goal setting, tracking, performance and internal auditing, and is consistent with AS4801.

 

 

Environmental management

HiddenCove is committed to protecting and enhancing the environment and to updating our practices in

light of advances in technology and new understandings in health and environmental engineering. All the

environmental effects of our activities are addressed in our Environmental Management System, which is

consistent with ISO14001.
